You can use these if you arrive before the check-in time or if you want to make the most of your last day in Lisbon without carrying your bags around. These lockers are located on floor -1, behind the lifts, and our reception team will be happy to assist you with any further details.

How do I access my apartment?

You will enter your POSTCODE (both building and apartment) autonomously whenever and however you want. No matter what time it is (as long as it is from the official check-in time). With our web app, you can easily open the door of your POSTCODE without restrictions (both building and apartment) through your mobile phone.

At what time is the check-in?

Welcome! Your new home in POSTCODE will be ready from 3:00 PM. If you need to arrive earlier, please let us know, and we will offer you alternatives whenever possible.

At what time should I leave the apartment?

Everything has its end, but the good news is that it will be a “see you later”. You must vacate your apartment by 11:00am. If you need to leave later, please let us know and we will offer alternatives whenever possible.

What can I find in the apartment?

The POSTCODE apartments feature, among other things, a fully equipped kitchen, Smart TV, Marshall speaker, complete tableware, washing machine (found in common areas at Postcode Pombal), free WIFI, individually controlled air conditioning, Molton Brown amenities and G19 fragrance, cleaning kit and welcome kit.

Are bed linen and towels provided?

We will be happy to offer you options and contacts of private companies with transfer services so that you can book directly.

Is cleaning service included during my stay?

One of the many advantages of apartments is the sense of freedom; at POSTCODE, we want you to feel at home, without anyone needing to enter your apartment. However, we offer a free general cleaning service on the 4th day of your stay. And if you wish, you can request extra full cleans, or changes of towels and sheets, at an additional cost, either daily or on the days you prefer, whatever suits you best.
