Is there a reception?

Yes, we have a physical reception every day from 09:00 to 17:00 hours, where our team will be delighted to assist you personally. In addition, during the night, from 23:00 to 07:00 hours, we have security personnel in the building to ensure the proper functioning of the facilities and provide assistance if necessary. Outside of these hours, our customer service team is available online 24/7 to help you with any inquiries or issues during your stay.

How do I access my apartment?

You will enter your POSTCODE (both building and apartment) autonomously whenever and however you want. No matter what time it is (as long as it is from the official check-in time). With our web app, you can easily open the door of your POSTCODE without restrictions (both building and apartment) through your mobile phone.

At what time is the check-in?

Welcome! Your new home in POSTCODE will be ready from 3:00 PM. If you need to arrive earlier, please let us know, and we will offer you alternatives whenever possible.

At what time should I leave the apartment?

Everything has its end, but the good news is that it will be a “see you later”. You must vacate your apartment by 11:00am. If you need to leave later, please let us know and we will offer alternatives whenever possible.

What can I find in the apartment?

The POSTCODE apartments feature, among other things, a fully equipped kitchen, Smart TV, Marshall speaker, complete tableware, washing machine (found in common areas at Postcode Pombal), free WIFI, individually controlled air conditioning, Molton Brown amenities and G19 fragrance, cleaning kit and welcome kit.

Are bed linen and towels provided?

In addition, we offer you a wide range of amenities (gel, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion and hand soap) made with natural products and with very special, subtle and elegant aromas from the Molton Brown brand.

Can I leave my belongings in the luggage storage?

Security at POSTCODE is paramount. During your stay, you will have a safe in your apartment. Additionally, if you wish, we have larger lockers available to store your luggage, which you can use whether you arrive before the check-in time or if you want to make the most of your last day in Lisbon without having to carry your bags. These lockers are located on floor -1, behind the lifts, and our reception team will be happy to help you with any further details.

Does the building have parking?

Some of the POSTCODE establishments do have their own parking. However, in the case that they do not, we will offer you convenient alternatives so that you can leave your vehicle.

Does POSTCODE have shuttle service?

We will be happy to offer you options and contacts of private companies with transfer services so that you can book directly.

Is cleaning service included during my stay?

One of the many advantages of the apartments is feeling free; at POSTCODE we want you to feel at home, without anyone having to enter your apartment. However, we offer a free general cleaning service every 4 days. And if you wish, you can request extra cleanings with an additional cost, either daily or on the days you prefer.
